Launched in Paris in February 2025, Elena Najdovska is a contemporary jewelry brand that approaches adornment as a study in anatomy, sculpture, and transformation. Working primarily with 925 sterling silver and bird bones adapted to human morphology, the brand reimagines jewelry as an extension of the body, objects that bridge the organic and the symbolic, life and its traces.
Najdovska’s debut collection, “Aves”, examines the intersection of biology and design through a comparative study of avian anatomy. Each piece originates from digitized bones such as the furcula, digit bone, and quadrate, sourced from scientific museum databases. These skeletal fragments, drawn from various bird species, are digitally restructured to conform to the contours of the human body while preserving their anatomical integrity. The result is a collection of necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings that maintain the recognizability of their original form yet acquire new meaning through their translation into wearable objects.
This process reveals the structural kinship between species, exposing the universality embedded in biological design. Through her work, Najdovska highlights how the body can serve as both subject and site of reflection, a surface where natural memory and human experience converge.

The production methodology behind “Aves” combines artisanal precision with scientific discipline. Bone models are first selected from global museum archives, chosen for their morphological distinctiveness. Using ZBrush software, Najdovska re-sculpts the forms to align with specific parts of the human body such as the neck, finger, or wrist, ensuring anatomical compatibility without altering their essential structures. The pieces are then 3D printed in castable resin and cast in RJC-certified 925 silver by specialized silversmiths in Paris. Each object is soldered, hand-polished, and hallmarked before being presented in a custom wooden box designed for both display and long-term preservation.
Operating independently, Najdovska oversees the entire process from design to finishing, occasionally collaborating with artists for editorial and creative projects. Her clientele, which includes artists, performers, designers, musicians, and collectors, reflects the brand’s conceptual depth. They are drawn to jewelry that functions not merely as ornamentation but as a carrier of symbolism, memory, and intellectual resonance.
Through “Aves”, Najdovska establishes a language that merges scientific inquiry with sculptural expression. Her work situates jewelry within a broader discourse on materiality and transformation, positioning each piece as a contemporary artifact that connects human anatomy to the shared architectures of the natural world.

ABOUT ELENA NAJDOVSKA
Born and raised in Paris, Elena Najdovska pursued a BTEC in Graphic Design at École de Condé in Paris, before completing a Bachelor’s degree at ECAL in Switzerland. Over time she developed a multidisciplinary artistic practice that brings together painting, photography, and jewelry.
Fascinated by anatomical figures, her paintings and jewels draw inspiration from archaeology, skeletons, and fossils, seeking to capture the essence of the past. Her photography explores intimacy and personal expression, using her own body as her muse.
Her jewelry practice focuses on animal anatomy, using animal bones to create adapted, wearable pieces for the human body. These anatomical translations give rise to hybrid forms that blur the boundaries between species, as well as between life and death.
